I love a good dress that I can pair with some sandals or heels and it can make a statement on its own. That is the best kind of Easter Dress.  So, whether you love a good print, structure or texture these brands have exactly what you need.  When I shop I like to have a few good retailers to choose from.  I like to know that when I go into the store that they will have what I’m looking for.  Over the years I have figured out some brands that are perfect for my style and shape as well.  I am on the shorter side, so I tend to look for brands that also have petite options as well.

I’ve gone ahead and linked options above to my favorite brands to find the perfect Easter Dress for this weekend.   You can also shop below for all the different styles I chose as well, I know everyone loves options.  The best part about all of these dresses is that they are all under $100.  It doesn’t get better than this! Keep Reading for some helpful shopping tips as well before you head out and shop til you drop!

I am 5’1” so brands like LOFT & New York & Co. That have all kinds of sizing are perfect for me.  Another thing I like to do when shopping in big retailers like Macy’s or Nordstrom.  I will head straight to the Petites section and see what is available there first before I head to the regular sizes.  This often helps me narrow down my options as well and not get overwhelmed.  This is the perfect thing to do when shopping any different sizing such as Tall, Plus or Petite.  You never want to get overwhelmed while shopping, then you may not find anything.

When I know I am going to need to go to the store and try on clothing, I like to have in mind what I am looking for.  In this case if I am shopping for dresses I will choose about 4 or 5 options and grab them in 2 sizes to compare and then head to the dressing room to try on.  Most stores will not let you try on more than 6 items at once.  Make sure if that’s the case take 12 items with you and divide it into 2 fittings.  Be sure to find a helpful salesperson as well so you aren’t stuck waiting for your second batch for too long.  Also, helpful sales people are important in case you are shopping alone, and you need someone to help you find another size in the piece you want.  (Don’t forget to shop when you have time.  Don’t shop when you are in a hurry, you will tend to buy things you don’t really like or need.)

KNOW YOUR MEASUREMENTS!!!  This is the one tip that has helped me so much while online shopping.  Not all brands size the same.  If you are a curvy or petite woman than you probably know this very well.  I may be a small in one brand and a large in another, but that’s ok.  If you know your measurements, you can go by the size chart and it should be accurate.  I also recommend reading some of the reviews on the item first.  If this is a piece you really want, read the reviews and they should be very helpful in telling you how a piece fits.  This goes for anything including accessories.  You also want to know about the quality of the item and reviews really help with this.

Happy Shopping & Happy Easter to everyone I hope you all have a wonderful weekend with friends and family.
